Our Process

Consultation — All projects start with an initial consultation where we understand your ideas, requirements and your lot details. A site survey helps us provide guidance on zoning by-laws, site orientation, building lines and general feasibility. At this stage, we also start putting together an initial budget for you to approve.

Icon Home Build

Home Build — We start building after the appropriate permits have been approved and secured. These activities include demolition (if required), foundation, exterior framing, roofing, flooring, mill-work and every detail designed and conceived to completely build the house of your dreams.

Our Process

Home Design — We work with both architects and interior designers to plan the building structure, room layouts, space and floor plans, outdoor landscape and more.

Icon Quality Inspection

Quality Inspection — Although quality is inspected by the city at every stage of the build, we strive to go further. We facilitate personal framing, electrical, plumbing and flooring tours to review your building at various stages of construction. Before you move-in, we go through quality assurance walk-throughs with you.

Icon Design & Materials

Design & Materials — We can work with your own interior designer or you could use our in-house designer to select interior materials, colour, fit and finish that works with your taste and budget.

Icon 2-5-10 Year Warranty

Support — Our work does not stop with your move-in. We are available to provide support as necessary and as advised with our 2-5-10 New Home Warranty.
